Authority or The Vision?
Authority tells one company’s event story. The Vision gives each of 3 sales teams 1 videographer, 7 finished videos, and a photo gallery, plus shared event content.
Is travel included?
Travel, lodging, meals, and tax cost extra. Your proposal lists these costs.
Can we show recaps on screens?
The Vision includes 3 same-day recaps for event screens. We agree on file format and deadlines with your venue. Venue AV gear and operation cost extra.
When is content ready?
Daily recaps and included closers: same day. After the event: final film within 7 days for Essentials; within 48 hours for Premium, Authority, and The Vision. The Vision team content: within 7 business days.
How many edit rounds?
After the event: 1 combined edit round for Essentials, Premium, and Authority. The Vision: 1 per team and 1 for shared content. Live content in Essentials, Premium, and Authority gets factual fixes only.
Need more coverage?
Extra rooms, hours, full session recordings, livestreaming, venue AV, and added content need a separate quote. The Vision’s after-party coverage uses the agreed daily hours.
